Function Description

• This equipment is suitable for ultrasonic automatic welding of 3C battery stacking/winding cells, with pre-welding/post-welding cell short-circuit test, automatic tab feeding and welding, tab cutting after welding, tab bending, welding surface burrs pressing, sticking protective tape on the welding surface, glue dispensing after bending, automatic sorting of OK/NG products, etc
• Each function has mature performance, modular design, and flexible configuration according to user's needs

Technical Feature

• Flexible butt joint of the incoming material mode of the cell before welding (belt puling, material frame, connected with the front section of the process)
• Incoming materials can be equipped with hot-pressing test to automatically remove defective cells
• Each key process can choose mechanical or CCD method to position the cell
• Pre-welding can be configured with sheet or roll material (automatic length cutting), automatic welding of protective sheets
• Cathode and anode identification and special dust removal function are equipped during pre-welding and final welding
• Ultrasonic welding is firm, no virtual welding, no vibration powder, no damage to the diaphragm, no melting insulating glue, no shock cracking foil
• CCD can be configured to detect the position accuracy of the tabs
• A variety of taping way on the welding surface can be chosen according to customer needs (flat taping, L-type taping, Z-type taping)
• Tab bending and glue dispensing fixation can be configured according to customer needs
• All accessories can realize non-stop material changing
• Flexible butt joint of the unloading material mode of the cell after welding(pulling belt , material frame, connected with the next section of the process)
• The whole machine control system is flexibly designed, with automatic diagnosis and repair functions
• In the production process, the data of each item can be seamlessly connected with the MES system
